What’s happening: Insurance costs keep squeezing families—“stability” doesn’t mean much if your bill still feels like a second mortgage.
What I’ll do: Push for a federal reinsurance backstop that lowers risk and helps drive premiums down.
II. VA Healthcare: “Care Without the Runaround”
What’s happening: Veterans shouldn’t wait months or drive hours to get specialty or mental health care.
What I’ll do: If the VA can’t provide care within 60 minutes, it should cover local private providers—without the hoops.
III. Citrus & Agriculture: “Fruit, Not Rooflines”
What’s happening: Groves are under pressure from disease, weather, and nonstop development.
What I’ll do: Protect Florida agriculture with smarter support for growers and stronger pathways to replant resilient citrus.
IV. Infrastructure: “Fix the Roads That Run Our Lives”
What’s happening: Growth is real, but roads and safety upgrades aren’t keeping up—commutes and congestion keep getting worse.
What I’ll do: Fight for Heartland infrastructure funding, prioritize safety fixes at key choke points, and demand accountability for results.
V. Transparency: “The Truth Protects Us All”
What’s happening: People are tired of vague answers and backroom decision-making.
What I’ll do: Commit to radical transparency, including a simple monthly public update on what I’m doing and why.
