Where I Stand

I’m running to deliver results you can feel in your monthly bills, your healthcare, your property taxes, and your community — not more talk.

The Issues I’m Fighting For

If you’re tired of politicians celebrating “progress” while your bills keep climbing, you’re not alone. These are the priorities I’m taking head-on with straight talk, real solutions, and accountability.

I. Property Insurance Stability

What’s happening: Florida homeowners are being squeezed by property insurance costs that feel like a second mortgage. Families are doing everything right and still watching their premiums climb year after year.

What I’ll do: I’ll push for a federal reinsurance backstop to help stabilize the market, lower risk, and bring real pressure down on premium costs. This is not just a talking point. With real-world experience around the property insurance industry, I understand how this crisis hits homeowners, businesses, and working families across Florida’s Heartland.

II. Veterans’ Healthcare Access

What’s happening: Veterans should not have to wait months, drive hours, or fight through layers of bureaucracy just to get the care they earned.

What I’ll do: I’ll fight to cut through the red tape and make sure veterans in the Heartland can access timely, local medical care. If the VA cannot provide care close to home and within a reasonable timeframe, veterans should have a clear path to covered local providers without the runaround.

III. Property Tax Relief

What’s happening: Working families, seniors, and homeowners are being squeezed from every direction. Property insurance is up. Groceries are up. Utilities are up. Property taxes should not be another burden pushing people out of the homes and communities they helped build.

What I’ll do: I’ll support policies that protect homeowners, seniors, and working families from being taxed out of stability. Relief should start with the people carrying the weight of this economy, not with more excuses from Washington.

IV. Citrus & Agriculture

What’s happening: Florida agriculture is under pressure from disease, weather, rising costs, and nonstop development. Groves and family farms are part of the Heartland’s identity, economy, and future.

What I’ll do: I’ll fight for smarter support for growers, stronger pathways to replant resilient citrus, and policies that protect agriculture from being pushed aside by unchecked development.

V. Infrastructure That Keeps Up With Growth

What’s happening: Growth is real, but roads, safety upgrades, and local infrastructure are not keeping up. Families feel it every day through longer commutes, more congestion, and less time at home.

What I’ll do: I’ll fight for Heartland infrastructure funding, prioritize safety fixes at key choke points, and demand accountability so projects do not get buried in delays and excuses.

VI. Straight Talk Accountability

What’s happening: People are tired of vague answers, backroom decisions, and politicians who only show up when they need votes.

What I’ll do: I’ll commit to direct communication, monthly public updates, local town halls, and face-to-face conversations through the Straight Talk Tour. You deserve to know what I’m doing, why I’m doing it, and how it affects your family.
